SeaSight GEO Terms of Service — Please read this agreement carefully before using our services

Welcome to SeaSight GEO (hereinafter referred to as "the platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and SeaSight GEO. By accessing or using our website, applications, and AI search optimization services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
SeaSight GEO is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform focused on cross-border e-commerce. We provide the following core services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time and will notify you through reasonable means.
You need to register an account before using our paid services. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update it promptly. You may not register an account using another person's identity or in an unauthorized manner.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Violation of the above obligations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Our service fees are calculated based on the prices displayed on the pricing page (/pricing). Unless otherwise stated, all prices are denominated in Renminbi (CNY) and may not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice.
Paid services are billed according to the subscription period you select (monthly or annually). Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
We offer a 30-day unconditional full refund guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Services within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund by emailing support@compare2best.com. We will process the refund and return the full subscription fee within 3 business days. This refund guarantee is limited to one per account.
After the 30-day refund guarantee period, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Service downgrades or mid-term cancellations do not generate prorated refunds.
The SeaSight GEO platform, website, software, trademarks, logos, content (excluding user content), and all related intellectual property rights are owned by SeaSight GEO or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to the platform (such as brand information, keyword configurations, etc.). To provide the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content within the scope of the Services.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, we may freely use such feedback without any obligation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeaSight GEO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you may continue to use paid features until then.
We may immediately terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities; (c) we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, we may decide whether to provide a refund based on the circumstances at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue to be effective.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate with third-party services (such as payment gateways, AI search engine APIs). We are not responsible for and make no warranties regarding the availability, content, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to our collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, cyber attacks, power or telecommunications outages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through website announcements, email, or other reasonable means. Modified Terms will take effect from the date of publication or the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court at the location of SeaSight GEO.
